Some projects stall not because people do not care, but because no one has the time, clarity, or breathing room to carry them through to completion.

That is where I come in.

I help organizations make real progress on work that actually matters, whether that means improving systems, helping people, or getting something important done. I step in, take ownership, and move the work forward.

I don’t specialize in one industry. I specialize in making sure the work gets finished.

My background spans healthcare, conservation, IT, and R&D environments, typically in organizations where the stakes are high and the work is complex.

That mix gives me a practical sense of how large and small organizations actually work, how to navigate competing priorities, and how to keep things moving when conditions are not ideal.
